Pursue a profession as an AR Caller in Medical Billing
Job Description
Your Contribution:
Calling Volume: Make a lot of outgoing calls to insurance companies every day to find out the status of claims that have been filed.
Claim Resolution: Determine the precise cause of non-payment or underpayment by effectively and professionally following up on claims that are pending, rejected, or refused.
Denial Management: Determine typical denial causes and report systemic payer or billing problems to the Supervisor or AR Analyst for a root cause analysis.
Target Achievement:
Reach or surpass predetermined individual and team goals for successful claim resolution rates, cash collections, and a decrease in Days in A/R.
HIPAA Compliance: Ensure that patient health information (PHI) is secure and confidential by strictly adhering to company rules and HIPAA regulations.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree
