Focus Skills:
strong working understanding of the AR component of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
knowledge of denial reason codes, Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and standard insurance lingo.
familiarity with payer portals and Practice Management Systems (PMS).
outstanding English verbal communication abilities
for interactions with payers in a professional setting.
Extremely persistent, results-driven, and persuasive.
strong organizational abilities and the capacity to oversee several follow-up assignments at once.
outstanding analytical abilities for swiftly deciding how to proceed with a claim.
