Payment Posting Executive for Freshers 2025
Job Description
We are looking for a precise, meticulous person who is passionate about maintaining correct financial records and has a solid grasp of medical billing. By correctly posting patient payments and insurance reimbursements to patient accounts, you will contribute significantly to the revenue cycle as a Payment Posting Specialist.
Requirements:
Accurately post patient payments, insurance reimbursements, and adjustments to patient accounts in the electronic health record (EHR) or practice management system.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies, including identifying and correcting posting errors.
Reconcile daily payment batches and ensure that all payments are accurately posted and accounted for.
Adhere to all relevant coding
and billing regulations, including HIPAA regulations.
Skills:
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.
Proficiency in using computers and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Strong typing skills and familiarity with keyboard shortcuts.
Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve payment posting issues effectively.
