Job Description
In the complex world of medical billing, fast and accurate payment posting is essential to the last stage of revenue security. We deal with a lot of intricate Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) from different payers, all of which need careful attention to detail. Effectively allocating these payments to the appropriate patient accounts, resolving inconsistencies, spotting underpayments or denials, and maintaining perfect financial records are the challenges. Significant income loss, postponed collections, and irate patients might result from inaccurate posting. To ensure that every dollar received is appropriately accounted for, we require a Payment Posting Executive who is extremely exact and conscientious.

Role:
As our Payment Posting Executive, you will be a vital guardian of our financial integrity and cash flow. Your meticulous work will directly translate into accurate financial reporting, accelerated revenue collection, and seamless accounts receivable follow-up. You will be responsible for precisely posting payments from EOBs, ERAs, and patient statements, ensuring every line item is correctly applied. By identifying discrepancies, variances, and denial codes, you will play a crucial role in flagging issues for our AR follow-up team, preventing revenue loss.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
