Job Description
Responsibilities:
In the practice management system (PMS) or billing software, carefully post insurance reimbursements, patient payments, and modifications to the appropriate patient accounts and claim lines.
Identify and highlight typical denial patterns to support attempts to prevent denial.
Produce and preserve precise information on productivity, difficulties found, and daily payment posting activities.
Keep your postings extremely accurate at all times.
Participate in finding ways to automate and improve
process efficiency in the payment posting function.
