What You will do:
Denial & Rejection Analysis: Analyze claim denials and rejections to identify root causes and patterns. Develop and implement strategies to prevent future denials.
Claims Investigation: Conduct thorough research on unpaid or underpaid claims by reviewing patient accounts, checking claim history, and verifying insurance eligibility.
Complex Issue Resolution: Handle complex accounts and high-value claims that require
in-depth investigation and a multi-step resolution process.
Payer Communication: Interact with insurance payers through both voice and non-voice channels to resolve claims and follow up on appeals.
Reporting & Trends: Generate detailed reports on AR aging, denial trends, and collection rates. Provide actionable insights to management to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
Appeals Management: Prepare and submit well-documented appeals for denied claims, ensuring all necessary supporting information is included.
