Job Description
Focus Skills:
Expert proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up processes for US medical billing, including deep understanding of payer guidelines, denial management, and appealing rejected claims. Strong command of medical billing software and revenue cycle management (RCM) tools.
Desired Outcomes:
Success in this role means consistently reducing aged AR, successfully recovering
denied or underpaid claims, maintaining a high percentage of clean claim submissions, and directly contributing to the financial health and efficient revenue cycle of our medical practices.
