We are looking for a Medical Billing Executive (Non-Voice Process) to join our US healthcare BPO team. The role involves processing patient information, medical charges, insurance claims, and payments accurately in the billing system. The ideal candidate should have excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding
of US medical billing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter patient demographics, insurance details, and medical charges into the billing system.
Review claims for accuracy before submission to insurance companies.
Correct errors in charge or demographic details to avoid claim denials.
Post insurance and patient payments accurately.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
