Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Medical Billing Executive to join our team of healthcare administrators. You'll be in charge of overseeing the complete medical billing cycle, from filing claims to posting payments and handling denials, making sure that services are accurately and promptly reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities:
Claim Submission: Prepare and submit clean electronic and paper claims to various insurance payers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payer-specific guidelines.
Payment Posting: Accurately post insurance
and patient payments, adjustments, and denials into the billing system.
Denial Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve claim denials and rejections by appealing claims or resubmitting them with corrected information.
Accounts Receivable Follow-up: Proactively follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies to ensure timely processing and payment.
Patient Inquiries: Respond to patient billing inquiries professionally and provide clear explanations of charges and insurance benefits.
