EOB/ERA Literacy: The capacity to decipher complicated insurance terminology, such as permitted quantities, co-insurance, and non-covered services.
Numerical Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail to guarantee accurate entry of figures
and decimals to avoid financial disparities.
RCM Software Knowledge: familiarity with eClinicalWorks, Waystar, Athenahealth, and Kareo.
Basic Accounting: Knowledge of credits, debits, and fundamental concepts of financial reconciliation.
