Purpose:
To carefully record and post all payments made by insurance companies and patients.
Responsibilities:
Processing Explanation
of Benefits (EOBs) and posting payments on the respective patient accounts.
Reconciling bank deposits with posted payments.
Identifying and posting adjustments, write-offs, and denials.
Keeping proper records of all payment transactions.
Conducting write off on the predefine protocols according to the requirements of the project
