Your Impact:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Voice Process Executive to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills (both verbal and listening), a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) is often preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within the designated systems.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our company's
products, services, policies, and procedures relevant to our customer base.
Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards specific to our Chennai operations.
What you Need:
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and navigate through systems while on calls.
Basic computer literacy and efficient data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment in Chennai.
A positive, professional, and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
