Roles and Responsibilities:
As an AR Caller in Medical Billing, based in Chennai, you will be responsible for proactively contacting insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and expedite payments. This role will significantly enhance your communication and negotiation skills, deepen your understanding of insurance payer rules and regulations specific to the Indian

healthcare context, and provide you with valuable insights into the entire revenue cycle management process. You will learn to effectively navigate payer systems, understand denial reasons, and implement strategies for successful claim resolution.

Skills:
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance advice from Indian payers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve claim issues.
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls and follow-up tasks efficiently.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
