Immediate Opening For AR Caller Fresher and Experienced We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join our growing healthcare BPO team as AR Callers.
Job Title: AR Caller Voice Process (Fresher)
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-time / Night Shift
Experience: 0 -1 year (Freshers welcome)
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
Analyze and resolve denied or unpaid claims.
Document the outcome of the call and update the system accordingly.
Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
Ensure targets (productivity and quality) are met on a daily/weekly basis.
Maintain professional communication during calls.
Follow standard operating
procedures and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Willing to work in night shifts (US shift).
Basic understanding of healthcare billing or willingness to learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Graduation in any discipline.
Preferred (not mandatory):
Knowledge of RCM or medical billing cycle.
Experience in a voice process or customer service (internships/part-time).
