Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Voice AR Caller / AR Analyst to manage complex US insurance follow-ups, denial analysis, and AR resolution while ensuring maximum reimbursement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim status, payments, and escalations
Handle complex and aged AR accounts
Analyze and resolve denials and underpayments
Identify root causes and take corrective actions
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of AR
Document call details accurately in billing systems
Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets
Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines
Support
and guide junior AR callers if required
Coordinate with coding, payment posting, and QA teams
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle
Expertise in denial management and AR analysis
Ability to handle payer escalations and appeals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with US insurance portals and billing software
Eligibility:
5+ years of experience in Medical Billing Voice AR
Any Graduate
Experience in handling US insurance calls
