Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Non-Voice Payment Posting Executive to accurately post insurance and patient payments, handle adjustments, and ensure reconciliation as per US healthcare guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Post insurance payments (EOBs, ERAs) accurately
Post patient payments and adjustments
Handle contractual adjustments, write-offs, and refunds
Perform payment reconciliation and identify discrepancies
Ensure correct allocation of payments to claims
Maintain accuracy and productivity standards
Work closely with AR and denial
management teams
Follow HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality rules
Update payment details in billing software
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of US healthcare payment posting
Experience in handling EOBs, ERAs, and CPT adjustments
Good understanding of insurance rules and contracts
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in medical billing software
Eligibility:
5+ years of experience in Non-Voice Payment Posting
Any Graduate
Experience in US healthcare revenue cycle
