Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Non-Voice Charge Entry Executive to accurately enter medical charges based on provider documentation and ensure timely billing as per US healthcare standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform charge entry based on encounter forms and provider notes
Accurately enter CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers
Ensure timely and error-free submission of charges
Identify and correct charge entry discrepancies
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Coordinate with coding and AR
teams
Follow HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality guidelines
Update records in medical billing software
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of charge entry process
Experience with CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in US shifts
Proficiency in medical billing software
Eligibility:
2 to 4+ years of experience in Charge Entry (Non-Voice)
Any Graduate
Experience in US healthcare domain
