Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Medical Billing Voice AR Caller to join our healthcare billing team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for insurance follow-ups, resolving unpaid and denied claims, and ensuring timely reimbursements from US insurance companies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-up
Check payment status, denial reasons, and underpayments
Work on denied, rejected, and pending AR accounts
Document call notes and update claim status in billing systems
Coordinate with billing and coding teams
for claim resolution
Meet daily calling and productivity targets
Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies
Required Skills:
Strong experience in US Medical Billing AR Calling
Good English communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of denial management and insurance processes
Basic computer and data entry skills
Willingness to work in US/night shift
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Diploma
2–4 years of relevant AR calling experience
