We are hiring an experienced Medical Billing Voice AR Caller with 5–8 years of experience to work in our Chennai office. The role involves handling insurance follow-ups, resolving denied and unpaid claims, and ensuring timely payments from US insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
Call US insurance companies for claim follow-up
Handle denied, pending, and
underpaid claims
Update claim details in the billing system
Work with internal teams to resolve issues
Meet calling and productivity targets
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in US Medical Billing AR Calling
Good English communication skills
Strong knowledge of denial management
Willingness to work in US/night shift
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma
