Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work experience
Focus Skills:
In-depth knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process and healthcare claims life cycle.
Expertise in reading and interpreting EOBs, ERAs, and aging reports.
Familiarity with various CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes and common denial reasons.
Proficiency in at
least one major Practice Management System
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented to spot financial discrepancies.
Strong persistence, resilience, and goal-oriented focus to meet collection targets.
