What
you will do:
You will be responsible for a high volume of outbound calls to insurance companies to inquire about the status of unpaid or denied claims. Your tasks will include identifying the reasons for non-payment, submitting appeals or corrected claims, and meticulously documenting all follow-up actions in the billing system. Your strong communication skills, persistence, and ability to navigate complex insurance policies will be essential in accelerating payments and minimizing aged accounts.
