HR Executive Understand Essential HR Obligations
Job Description
Duties:
End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions; coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Orientation and Onboarding: Create and carry out onboarding initiatives for new employees, making sure they have the resources, training, and access they need to fit in with the team.
Employee Record Management: Ensure that all paperwork is up to date and private by maintaining and updating both digital and physical employee files.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Track attendance, leaves, and overtime to help with the monthly payroll process; oversee the management of employee insurance and benefits.
Employee Engagement: To raise spirits and create a feeling of community, plan
wellness initiatives, town halls, and team-building exercises.
Policy Implementation: Help create and disseminate HR policies and procedures, making sure that every employee is aware of their rights and obligations.

Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding capacity to establish rapport and have productive conversations with a wide range of individuals.
