Role:
You are the essential clinical documentation integrity expert for revenue cycle management as an HCC Coder. This is more than simply normal procedural coding; it's a critical, high-stakes role where you'll play a key role in accurately abstracting and assigning ICD-10-CM codes that affect the patient's Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) score by evaluating
complex medical records (inpatient/outpatient). Your accuracy and diligence are essential for patient care resource allocation and compliant reimbursement.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
