Focus Skills:
Healthcare Knowledge in the United States: Knowledge of RCM terminology, HIPAA laws, and the distinction between "In-Network" and "Out-of-Network."
Verbal Communication: Able to effectively communicate with insurance personnel and possess a neutral accent and excellent grasp
of English.
The ability to spot trends in denials and recommend process changes that stop rejections in the future.
Persistence: The capacity to manage protracted wait periods and adeptly use intricate IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems without becoming distracted.
