Job Description
Responsibilities
Examine patient demographics, insurance details, and medical records to make sure they are accurate and comprehensive before generating a claim.
To guarantee prompt and maximum recovery, diligently pursue unpaid, underpaid, or denied claims.
Analyse patient obligations, write-offs, and contractual modifications from EOBs and ERAs.
Professionally and sympathetically respond to patient billing questions by outlining costs, insurance coverage, and available payment methods.
Respect HIPAA requirements by keeping Protected Health Information (PHI) strictly confidential.
Create
and deliver reports on rejection patterns, outstanding accounts, and billing performance.
Skills
