strong grasp of the AR follow-up phase in particular, as well as the full RCM process.
ability to read and comprehend standard payer documentation, such as Remittance Advice (ERA) and Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
knowledge of medical rejections and billing codes.
/>familiarity with payer portals and medical billing software.
outstanding oral communication abilities in English with a distinct, polished voice.
strong persuasive and negotiating abilities.
the capacity to perform well in a demanding, goal-oriented calling environment.
