Responsibilities:
Follow up with insurance companies on medical claims that are underpaid or unpaid in a professional and persistent manner.
To find the causes of denials, underpayments, and inconsistencies, examine Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
Call insurance companies proactively to find out
the status of claims, address denials, and expedite payment.
Retain a comprehensive awareness of the rules, regulations, and appeal procedures unique to each payer.
Examine and settle questions about medical necessity, previous authorisation, and patient eligibility.
Reach or surpass your daily, weekly, and monthly goals for collection and productivity.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
