What you will do:
You will be responsible for conducting rigorous quality audits on medical billing claims and associated documentation. Your tasks will include verifying patient demographic information, checking for accurate coding and charge entry, and ensuring that all necessary authorizations are in place. Your ability to identify and report on trends in errors, and to provide constructive feedback to improve team performance, will be essential in driving a culture of continuous quality improvement.
