Job Description
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Any Basic Degree
Duties:
Insurance Communication: Make outgoing calls to US insurance companies to inquire about the status of unresolved claims.
Denial Management: Examine rejected claims to determine the underlying reason for the denial and implement remedial measures.
AR Aging Analysis: Examine AR aging reports to give priority to older or high-value
claims that are getting close to the deadline for filing.
Trend Analysis: To enhance front-end billing procedures, find and document recurrent patterns in denials from particular payers.
HIPAA Compliance: Respect HIPAA standards and uphold stringent secrecy with relation to Patient Protected Health Information (PHI).
Quality Goals: Reach daily and weekly goals for the proportion of claims that are resolved and the number of "touched" claims.
