AR" and enhancing the medical practice's financial stability, the AR Caller is essential to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
Key Skills:
solid knowledge of the RCM Lifecycle and US healthcare.
familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding systems.
knowledge of the various insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid, PPO, HMO).
Strong verbal communication and negotiating abilities with insurance agents in the US.
