Job Description
What you do:
Demographic Input: Correctly enter and update patient data from several source documents, such as name, date of birth, residence, contact information, employment details, and guarantor information.
High Volume: Maintain stringent accuracy requirements while managing and processing a large number of new patient registrations and updates every day.
Pre-Claim Check: To reduce front-end rejections, do simple pre-claim checks to make sure all necessary fields for electronic claim submission are filled out correctly.
/>Resolution of Discrepancies: Find and mark information on source documents that is inconsistent, partial, or unreadable, then ask the clinic personnel for clarification before entering.
HIPAA Compliance: Adhere strictly to company rules and HIPAA guidelines on the security and confidentiality of patient health information.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 15K for Freshers and Negotiable for Experienced
Location: In and Around in Chennai
