Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work experience
Focus Skills:
Proficiency in reading EOBs/ERAs: Capacity to discern between "Paid Amount," "Allowed Amount," and "Patient Responsibility."
Data Entry Speed: Accurate and quick entry of numerical data.
Software expertise: familiarity with PMS programs like as Epic, Athena,
or eClinicalWorks (eCW).
Outstanding attention to detail (even a single decimal place might lead to serious reconciliation problems).
strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
the capacity to operate under pressure, particularly during month-end closing.
