Job Description
Responsibilities
Utilise physician paperwork and other pertinent sources to accurately and promptly record patient charges into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Make sure all charges, including CPT/HCPCS codes, modifiers, and diagnosis codes, are entered accurately and completely.
Examine and confirm that the charges entered are accurate, full, and in accordance
with medical coding standards.
Find and fix any mistakes or inconsistencies in the charge entry.
