Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Charge and Demo Executive to manage customer product demonstrations and ensure accurate charging and billing processes. The role involves showcasing product features to customers, handling live demonstrations, explaining usage and benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining records of charges, processing payments, and assisting the sales team
in converting leads into customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
0 to 2 years of experience in sales, demo, or customer service roles (freshers may also apply).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of billing and payment handling.
