Responsibilities:
Payroll from insurance companies, patients, and electronic transfers should be accurately posted into the appropriate accounting or billing systems while following established protocols that are pertinent to our activities in Chennai.
In accordance with Chennai corporate policies, prepare and implement any necessary changes, reimbursements, and transfers while making sure all the essential paperwork is in order.
In our Chennai environment, efficiently complete payment posting and reconciliation processes by utilising a variety of software programs and tools.
Respect company rules and any local data protection laws in Chennai while maintaining the privacy and security of financial data.
In the Indian context,
stay informed on modifications to payer policies, payment rules, and pertinent industry norms.
Skills:
basic billing or accounting understanding pertinent to Chennai's sector.
The ability to efficiently manage a large number of payment transactions in our Chennai office requires strong organisational and time management abilities.
proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and any other accounting or billing software used in Chennai, as well as a basic level of computer literacy.
