Job Description
Your Impact:
The AR Caller is responsible for efficiently managing and resolving outstanding accounts receivable by contacting insurance companies and patients to ensure timely payment for medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact insurance companies via phone to follow up on outstanding claims.
Track and document all communication and actions taken.
Contact patients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
Take corrective actions to resubmit claims and prevent future denials.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
and maintain patient confidentiality.
What you Need:
Knowledge of medical billing terminology, CPT and ICD-10 codes, and insurance regulations.
Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: Freshers
