Key Responsibilities:
Working directly with patients and insurance companies to settle disputes and obtain payment, you will autonomously oversee a portfolio of unpaid medical claims. By carefully contesting
denials, figuring out the underlying reasons for non-payment, and making sure every dollar that is still owed is accounted for, you will assume responsibility for the entire follow-up procedure. Customer satisfaction and the overall effectiveness of our revenue cycle will be directly impacted by your perseverance, effective communication, and astute problem-solving capabilities.
