Be the Authority of Healthcare AR Caller Role
Job Description
Your Contribution:
Conduct high-volume, professional, and persistent outbound calls to insurance company representatives to enquire about the status of delayed, unpaid, or underpaid claims.
Work directly with the Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging Report, focusing efforts on high-value and priority claims to lower the overall days in AR.
To address systemic difficulties and increase the accuracy of claim submission, report payer problems or recurrent denial trends to the AR Manager and
Coding team.
Keep abreast of major insurance companies' and government payers' billing and collection policies.
Before submitting or filing an appeal, communicate with the billing and coding departments to get the required clinical documentation or fix coding mistakes.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Education: Any Basic Degree
Location: In And Around Chennai
