Data Entry Speed: Nearly flawless accuracy at a high alphanumeric typing speed (40+ WPM).
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of medical billing systems like Kareo, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, or Epic.
Domain Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of US healthcare insurance programs (PPO, HMO, Medicare, Medicaid) and HIPAA rules.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
