Job Description
What you do:
Source Document Review: To determine billable services, obtain and examine source documents, including patient encounter forms, superbills, hospital records, and doctor documentation.
Charge Entry: Input important data elements, including date of service, provider information, site of service, units, and charges, ensuring accurate connection between procedure and diagnostic codes.
Error Correction: To resolve inconsistencies pertaining to service codes or diagnoses or to clarify unclear paperwork, collaborate
closely with the coding team and clinical staff.
Batch management: Make sure that all costs for a particular day or batch are precisely entered and balanced within the allotted time frame.
HIPAA Compliance: When managing patient health information (PHI) and financial data, uphold stringent confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 15K for Freshers and Negotiable for Experienced
