Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
From complex clinical data, including inpatient, outpatient, and in-person exchanges, extract all relevant diagnoses and procedures.
Accurately identify and document diagnoses that correspond to an HCC in accordance with CMS and payer-specific guidelines to support the risk adjustment factor (RAF) score computation.
Achieve
and maintain high accuracy rates when selecting and utilizing codes.
Participate in internal and external quality audits by providing documentation and justifications for coding choices.
In order to resolve ambiguous, inconsistent, or incomplete documentation, make sure the code assigned is sufficiently supported by effectively interacting with physicians and clinical staff through written inquiries.
