We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Caller to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team. The role involves contacting insurance companies and patients to follow up on outstanding medical claims, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely payments. The AR Caller will be responsible for verifying claim status, initiating appeals when necessary, updating payment information in the system, and maintaining accurate
documentation of interactions. This position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of medical billing processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with insurance companies on pending and denied claims.
Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with billing teams and payers.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of calls, claim status, and resolutions.
