Typing proficiency: To handle heavy conversation and data activities, one must be able to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
The capacity to decipher intricate textual requests and offer reasoned, methodical answers.
Multitasking Agility: The capacity to manage two or three live chat sessions at once without sacrificing the caliber of the exchange
