Job Description
Your Contribution:
High-Volume Calling: Make outgoing calls to insurance companies (payers) to find out how unpaid, underpaid, or rejected medical claims are progressing.
Claim Verification: Use payer portals, phone calls, and other verification techniques to confirm patient eligibility, benefits, claim filing status, and payment information.
AR Administration: To maximize collection and fulfill AR targets, prioritize the worklist according to payer requirements, claim age, and cash worth.
Trend Reporting:
Report system problems that are impeding collections, payer policy changes, or recurrent denial trends to the AR Analyst or Supervisor.
Professional Communication: To negotiate payment and settle complicated issues, keep up professional and efficient communication with payer representatives.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree
Location: In And Around Chennai
