Job Description
Who You Are:
Payer Follow-Up: To find out the status of outstanding claims and aged receivables, you will make a lot of outgoing calls to government and commercial insurance payers.
Denial Management: You will precisely look into the reasons behind claim rejections and denials, obtaining the data and supporting materials required to successfully appeal or re-bill the claims.
Negotiation and Resolution: In order to successfully negotiate payment and obtain commitment dates for reimbursement, you will speak with the representatives of the payers.
System
Documentation: To ensure a transparent audit trail, you are in charge of accurately recording all follow-up actions, discussions, and status changes in the billing software.
A/R Analysis: To find systemic problems and submit them to the management team for strategic resolution, you will examine payment patterns and trends.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Graduation
