Focus Skills:
U.S. Healthcare Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal English abilities, including the capacity to comfortably converse with insurance agents and handle intricate IVR systems.
The ability
to decipher EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice) in order to determine the reason behind a claim's nonpayment.
Analytical Thinking: The ability to evaluate "Aging Reports" in order to concentrate efforts on the most important outstanding balances.
