Focus Skills:
Knowledge of US healthcare: Excellent knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes, HIPAA rules, and different insurance plans (HMO, PPO, and government).
Communication: Able to speak smoothly with insurance representatives in the United States with a neutral accent.
Tenacity:
The capacity to tolerate extended wait times and maintain a positive attitude until a solution is found.
Analytical Ability: The capacity to decipher complex financial information and determine the underlying reason why a claim was denied.
