Job Description
The aggressive and methodical follow-up on unresolved medical claims with insurance payers is the AR Caller's main responsibility. Making a lot of outgoing calls, checking the status of claims, determining the causes of underpayment or nonpayment, and taking the appropriate steps to settle the unpaid balance are all part of this job. The objective
is to shorten healthcare clients' accounts receivable (AR) days and expedite payment collection.
Skills:
outstanding verbal communication abilities in English with a distinct, polished voice.
strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
the capacity to perform well in a demanding, goal-driven calling environment.
