Persistence and Negotiation: The capacity to deal with protracted wait times and confront insurance agents to guarantee that claims are properly reprocessed.
Analytical Thinking: The ability to study an EOB or ERA and identify the precise cause of nonpayment.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
