Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Trend Analysis: Determine recurrent denial patterns by code, payer, or specialty and create plans to get rid of the underlying causes.
AR Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on important financial indicators like AR over 90 days, Net Collection Ratio, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Sort denials into "preventable" and "clinical" categories, then collaborate with the front office and coding teams to put corrective workflows in place.
Payer Relationship Management: Examine reimbursement patterns unique to each payer and report high-value payment irregularities or contract non-compliance problems.
/>Revenue Integrity: Conduct routine audits of "Credit Balances" and "Adjustments" to make sure the accounts receivable balance is correct and hasn't been inflated by uncollectible debt.
Process Automation: Look for ways to automate repetitive follow-up chores using technology or RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
